IMS Retrofit / IMS Solution Warranty Registration – Step 1

IMPORTANT: Your IMS Retrofit or IMS Solution registration must be submitted within 30 days of installation.

To activate your free warranty, you must comply with all pre-qualification and registration requirements and read and agree with IMS Retrofit / IMS Solution Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions. Registrations that are incomplete and / or submitted outside timeframes established in Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions will not be accepted.

Limited Warranty on IMS kits cannot be activated with DIY installations. Shop documentation and pre-qualification procedure are required as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

IMS Retrofit and IMS Solution are pro-active maintenance products. Their components and procedures were designed for preventative purposes only.

Never, under any circumstances, is it permissible to remove a failed or failing IMS bearing and replace it with an IMS Retrofit / IMS Solution product. Doing so will immediately null and void all product warranties.

Installing an an IMS Retrofit / IMS Solution product is allowed only in a healthy engine that passed The IMS Retrofit Pre-Qualification Procedure. Installing an IMS Retrofit / IMS Solution product without engine pre-qualification or in an engine that failed the pre-qualification test will immediately null and void all product warranties.
